Welcome to the CloudHawk App!
The CloudHawk Privacy Policy ("this Privacy Policy") states your rights and explains how CloudHawk collects, uses and stores your personal information. Please read and accept this Privacy Policy and any other supplemental documents before using CloudHawk services.
This Privacy Policy applies to the functions and services provided by CloudHawk products (including functions and services that collect, store and edit personal data or add, delete and control devices). It does not apply to any other third-party products and services (“Third Party Services”). Before using a Third Party Service, you should familiarize yourself with the functionality and corresponding privacy policy of any Third Party Service.
This Privacy Policy contains the following sections:

The features and services we provide are regularly updated. If a function or service is not listed above and we need to collect your personal information, an on-screen prompt will be displayed or a notice will be posted on our website informing you of the content, nature and purpose of the information we need to collect and obtain Your consent.
2. How we store your information
We strictly abide by all laws and regulations and user requirements, and should only collect your information for the purposes listed below. If we need to use your information for other purposes not listed below, we will notify you and ask for your consent.
2.1 Where your information is stored
By law, all information collected and generated within the European Union shall be stored in Frankfurt, Germany.
2.2 How long we store your personal data
Normally, we will only retain your personal data (such as username, mobile phone number and email address) for the purposes for which we collected it. Optional personal information, including your age, occupation, gender, address and zip code, will be stored according to your account preferences.
If a product or service is discontinued, we will send a push notification or post a notification to notify you. In addition, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, stop collecting personal data, and delete access to third-party applications and services to prevent third-party services from collecting and continuing to use your personal information.
3. How we protect your information
3.1 We are committed to preventing the loss, inappropriate use or unauthorized access of your personal data.

We do not use your personal information for profiling, personalized recommendations or marketing purposes. If we use your personal information beyond the scope that is directly or reasonably relevant at the time of collection, we will notify you again and obtain your explicit consent before using your personal information.
4.2 We will use your personal information according to your preferences and any relevant agreements. For example, you have the right to decide what information is displayed in the " CloudHawk " application and how end user information is displayed.
5. Information Sharing and Disclosure
5.1 Under no circumstances will we share or transfer your personal information to third parties.
5.2 We will not disclose your personal information. If disclosure is necessary, we will inform you of the purpose of the disclosure, the type of information disclosed and any possible sensitive information, and request your explicit consent.
5.3 As our business continues to grow, we may engage in mergers and acquisitions, asset transfers and other transactions. We will inform you of the nature of such circumstances and continue to protect or require the new controller of your information to continue to protect your personal information in accordance with the standards required by law and regulation and this Privacy Policy.
5.4 We may be required to disclose your personal information as required by law or as directed by law enforcement.

We provide a settings interface to enable you to access, change and delete your personal information and delete your CloudHawk account. To configure preferences, follow the instructions in the sections below:

We are committed to protecting the personal information of minors. According to relevant laws and regulations, if you are a minor, you must obtain the written consent of your parents or legal guardians before using CloudHawk services. If you are the guardian of a minor and have any questions about the personal information of the minor in your care, please contact us using any of the methods in Section 10.
8. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If there are any changes to the terms in this Privacy Policy, we will display the revised version in a push notification or pop-up window.
9. Miscellaneous
The user rights and data protection measures stipulated in this agreement apply to all users of CloudHawk services. Please refer to this document when using the CloudHawk service.
